Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your wash and fold laundry at our storefront on Jordan Crossing Blvd.
Drop off your laundry or dry cleaning.
Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm
Tailoring services are available Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
We wash your laundry using high quality detergents, with a fragrance free option available. If you have a detergent you love, you are welcome to provide it and we will use it for your order. Every wash includes stain boosting and fabric softener at no extra charge.
Our wash and fold service is $2.85 per pound with next business day turnaround. Same day service and a no fold option are also available.

Machine washable rugs are priced by size and material
*These items require separate washing and extended drying time, which is why they are billed individually. Comforters in particular take several hours to dry on low heat to protect the fill and fabric.
Your laundry is always washed separately. No mixing. No mix ups. Just your items, cleaned your way.
Delivery
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery services Monday through Saturday.
Pickup and delivery is included with every order.
Weekly or biweekly service is $2.75 per pound. One time service is $2.85 per pound.
A $45 order minimum applies.
There is a $45 minimum order for all pickup and delivery orders.
On your scheduled pickup day, a Luxe driver will arrive during your selected time window. Please have your laundry ready in a securely closed bag. Separate any stained items or pieces that need special care and include a note with your instructions. We are not able to read individual care labels.
Be sure to check all pockets before pickup. Luxe Cleaners and Laundry is not responsible for items left in pockets or damage caused by them.
From there, we take care of everything.
The next business day, your laundry is delivered back to you during your confirmed delivery window. You will receive a text when your order is on the way and again once it has been delivered.

You do not need to be home for pickup. Just tell us in the Driver’s Notes where your laundry will be left so our driver can find it. Please choose a secure location. Luxe Cleaners and Laundry is not responsible for items left in unsecured areas.
When you place an order, use the Preferences section to share any special laundry instructions. We save them and follow them on every future order.
Yes, we offer light stain treatment. Place stained items in a separate bag and note them in your Preferences or include a note in the bag so our team knows to give them extra attention. If you know the source of the stain, include that as well. It helps us choose the right treatment.
We will always do our best, but stain removal is not guaranteed since results depend on fabric type, stain type, and how long the stain has set. Pre treating stains before pickup can improve results.
If you do not separate stained items, we can inspect and pre treat all laundry for an additional $0.45 per pound.
There is no contract. Use the service whenever you want and stop anytime. We keep you by doing the job right.
Place your laundry in a laundry bag or sturdy trash bag that closes securely. We offer reusable Luxe laundry bags for purchase, but they are not required. Regular trash bags work just fine.
At checkout, you can purchase a reusable Luxe laundry bag if you want one, but it is not required. Any bag works, including securely tied trash bags.

Small holds 1 to 2 loads for $8
Large holds 3 to 4 loads for $12
A Luxe garment bag is $25
If you are on a recurring schedule and going out of town, you can pause your service anytime in your account.
