I took them to Luxe around 8:40 AM and told them I needed them back by tomorrow at 5 PM the latest. They said the truck hadn't come yet and I could pick them up at 5 the same day! Everyone is friendly, the seamstress is really nice and knowledgeable in all aspects of alterations. Everything has come out exactly how I wanted it to fit and turnaround time is fast as well. Not only did they have dry cleaning but a variety of other services such as alterations which is good because a lot of my formal and business casual clothes needed to be altered due to Covid. We did have one minor issue with fixing a zipper that ended up requiring a complete zipper replacement, but they were very quick to address the problem and get the zipper replaced, and it’s good as new.
