OMG! Nothing but absolute greatness! I have an event on Saturday and my dress came in Two days ago (Tuesday evening) And I called Luxe Yesterday (Wednesday) Because I need alterations under my arm to my hip. I dropped it off yesterday at 3:30 PM and I’m picking it up today (Thursday) At 5:30 PM! 😳 A 24hr turn around is incredible and it was done perfectly. Will definitely be back soon as I have a few more things needing alterations. I highly recommend!

They not only was able to get them done but she said she can get it done same day. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of luxe cleaners and recommend them to anyone needing a quick turnaround or just professional service. Will definitely be coming back for any cleaning or tailoring needs.

JeNae Kelley8 days agogot formal wear altered here and it was incredibly reasonably priced and done well. everything was very professional. the changing rooms were clean and a giant mirror was present to see the outfit as it was altered which made the experience feel pleasant. the turnaround time was quick - one week. when i received the clothes, my dress and my partner’s suit was altered perfectly. i will be returning in the future. the service was also impeccable, no notes.

I took them to Luxe around 8:40 AM and told them I needed them back by tomorrow at 5 PM the latest. They said the truck hadn't come yet and I could pick them up at 5 the same day! Solid service and what I appreciate the most is the honesty. That I could count in their timeline and that's what I needed. Thank you Luxe Team!!

I have taken shirts in for dry cleaning & pressing, vests in for alterations, pants in for alterations and hemming services. Everyone is friendly, the seamstress is really nice and knowledgeable in all aspects of alterations. Everything has come out exactly how I wanted it to fit and turnaround time is fast as well. Definitely recommend trying them out if you haven’t already!

The dress needed to be taken in 2 full sizes and length taken off and I couldn’t have gotten a better result fits like a glove. Also some of the most reasonable prices in the area. Will come back here over and over again!

I spent so much time trying to decide where to go because I wanted something more elevated than my previous cleaners—but also somewhere I felt confident I’d get the quality service I was looking for. I can honestly say I felt taken care of. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel easy. I got a few items dry cleaned and had a jacket altered, and the pricing felt very reasonable while still giving that luxe experience. Going forward, this will definitely be my trusted choice.

The staff are warm, pleasant, and genuinely kind, which makes a big difference for something you’re doing regularly. They do an excellent job with both laundry and alterations. Everything comes back looking crisp and well cared for, and you can tell they pay attention to the small details. The tailoring especially stands out, clothes just fit the way they’re supposed to. I also love the space itself. It has a clean, luxe feel, and it’s actually a nice place to sit for a bit. I’ve been able to get some work done while waiting, which makes it super convenient. Overall, it’s reliable, thoughtful service with a personal touch. Definitely one of those neighborhood spots you’re happy to have nearby.

Not only did they have dry cleaning but a variety of other services such as alterations which is good because a lot of my formal and business casual clothes needed to be altered due to Covid. Also LUXE provides wash, dry and fold clothing even the way you prefer it washed and folded. I highly recommend LUXE for all clothing needs. Staff is friendly helpful and knowledgeable along with owners.

The owner was very knowledgeable and had great communication regarding the whole process. It is so convenient since it’s so close by my house and a plus that they’re great at what they do. Not putting much hopes on it~ unexpectedly I was greeted nicely and treated with respect and attention to my needs. We discuss my expectations of how I believe the blouse should look like and the tailor made some recommendations which I followed. I really liked how thorough and patient they were with me making sure that I receive what I came here for. Great service and very personal approach. I believe she was told it would be ready by Thursday or Friday but it was ready by Wednesday. The staff is also very kind, welcoming, and made conversation with me. William Leonard222 days agoWe had two clothing items that required alterations, so we decided to try out the new Luxe Cleaners that opened nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did have one minor issue with fixing a zipper that ended up requiring a complete zipper replacement, but they were very quick to address the problem and get the zipper replaced, and it’s good as new. Will definitely return for future cleaning and alteration needs.

OMG! Nothing but absolute greatness! I have an event on Saturday and my dress came in Two days ago (Tuesday evening) And I called Luxe Yesterday (Wednesday) Because I need alterations under my arm to my hip. I dropped it off yesterday at 3:30 PM and I’m picking it up today (Thursday) At 5:30 PM! 😳 A 24hr turn around is incredible and it was done perfectly. My daughter went here to take her JROTC uniform and they had it back very quickly and it looked amazing. I believe she was told it would be ready by Thursday or Friday but it was ready by Wednesday. The staff is also very kind, welcoming, and made conversation with me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did have one minor issue with fixing a zipper that ended up requiring a complete zipper replacement, but they were very quick to address the problem and get the zipper replaced, and it’s good as new.
